Beverly S. Peters has practiced Family Law and Juvenile Law in this community for twenty years. Beverly holds licenses to practice law in both Indiana and South Carolina. She is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. She has been active in the movement towards the practice of cooperative family law in Elkhart County. Beverly has served on the Board of Bashor Children’s Home, Child and Family Services, Center for Community Justice, and is a past member of the Child Protection Team. She is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and Elkhart County Bar Association.
